Located in Oakland's Montclair District
Inspiring women to overcome obstacles and achieve physical fitness, self-awareness and confidence through supportive community coupled with focused, goal-oriented training and nutritional guidance.
12 Week Rotation includes:
Core, Bodyweight, Light Weights and Cardiovascular Strengthening
Tuesdays and Thursdays
7am-8 am at CRUfit
6 Bi-Weekly Tea Talks:
Group Sharing on health and fitness topics
5:30-6:30pm Thursdays at CRUfit
6 Bi-Weekly Yoga Classes
with Jennifer Adams
5:30-6:30pm Thrusdays at CRUfit
Trail Walk/Run at various trails in the Bay Area
Sundays 8am-9am
Plus - Accountability partnerships
