I joined M-Power with the goal of getting back into a more consistent exercise routine.  The instructors and community of women made it motivating and enjoyable.  After I started, I realized how much I needed to leave my home office and be in community.  Within a couple weeks, I was reaping the benefits including more energy and a more optimistic outlook.  I consider it a gift to my mind, body and spirit.  They’re very grateful.
